    I think it might be for other programs, not just AutoIt. How can we check whether a value stored in a string is file or folder? Could you please paste here a piece of code that checks if a XYZ folder exitst in the path and returns some value if it is not there does not exists in the path.

    Why is it that if you send the function FileExists with a path that has quotes around it, for example see below, it tells you that the file/path doesnt.
